"Main complaints: wifi/cable is unreliable, cleaning staff shortage and noisy rooms next to busy road. All 4 days and 3 nights of my stay, wifi was not available. I was unable to send important documents from my laptop. There were multiple dog pee stains on the carpet that were so old, they were brown. I had to make sure the room was cold and the window was open to avoid the odor from getting onto my items. Also, there was a full trash can from the previous guest when I entered. Mildew smell in...

"The smoke alarm was malfunctioning in our room and woke us up numerous times. We were on a 33 hr road trip and we're trying to get 6 hrs of sleep, we got absolutely none. There was no maintenance staff available to fix it. We were offered a refund upon checking out and still have not received it. Staff admitted it was supposed to have been fixed that day but repair person didn't show. Why would you put guests into that room then?"
