"Our room, the exterior of the facility, and the entire interior was extremely clean. Staff were friendly and professional. They offered every TV option imaginable including all streaming services on the big screen TV in our single queen room. The continental breakfast offered a surprisingly large amount of options. There was a lot of food, even for us gluten free people. Our room was quiet and had all the amenities we needed such as a fridge, microwave, and coffeemaker. We really enjoyed the location as it is close to the capitol, restaurants, museum, gas stations, etc. We will definitely stay at this hotel again."

"My only complaint was the coffee service was at 0700. The next time I stay in Helena I would love to stay here again. I have usually stayed right off the freeway and this is the first time I have ever, in 50 years, ever stayed downtown. The rooms were very nice and the front desk person was very helpful and friendly. There is a microwave so next time I will bring a package of instant coffee. Highly recommend staying here."

"Our room was very clean as it was last time we stayed here. The staff, especially Sarah and Lucas were very helpful and friendly. We had everything we needed in our room and appreciated the small couch as we had a cousin visit with us. The parking lot is easy to access and there was adequate parking for everyone. We enjoyed the variety of food items for breakfast. We like the waffles, oatmeal, eggs, meat and potatoes. We appreciate the sugar-free and lite options, too. The staff member in the kitchen is always friendly and helpful."

"The website listed an airport shuttle. There is not one and we had to reserve an Uber. Please update the site. Would not have chosen this property if we knew that the shuttle was non existent. It was very clean and comfortable but didn’t need the added expense of an Uber."
