"The hotel is a little bit "tired", and could use some updating, but it was clean and the room was nice - especially at this price point. The bar fridge in the room had a separate freezer section which was an added bonus.
The pool is huge, with plenty of lounge chairs, and a true deep end of 8' and a roped off shallow end which was perfect for our needs. The breakfast had the standard waffle maker, bagels and muffins, but included biscuits and gravy too which again, was an added bonus.
Overall, the hotel was a great value and we wouldn't hesitate to stay there again."
"Mattresses were very loud and squeaky and have seen better days. The walls/ floors are very thin so it was noisy all night. Rooms were ok. The mirror was dirty and there was grime in the sink. We were only there one night so it wasnt worth a fuss. Pool was clean, coffee was good and the staff was friendly. Bonus, the pillows were actually very comfortable which very rarely happens. The doors into the parking lot by the stairs are open. They have a keypad but it isnt working so anyone can walk in. Restaurant across the street was really tasty."
"Overall, a good stay. Very quiet and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. For me to get a good night’s sleep, pillows are important and often in hotels you can pick from a pillow that feels like a brick, or one that has no stuffing in it at all. I’d rate the bed and pillows 5+. I think hotels should update to solid flooring instead of carpeting. Everything was clean, except the floor… carpet. I always wear socks in a hotel that I can put immediately into my laundry bag. The bottoms were black. Breakfast was typical for a hotel breakfast…. Nothing bad, nothing outstanding."
