"I booked on Expedia the day of arrival. I specifically booked this hotel room because it was a pet friendly room with wood floors not carpet ($145 +25 pet fee). The front desk was amazing when I arrived for check in. The room initially looked good, although I could see that the floor had not been swept, as I looked closer and turned on more lights you could actually see dry dirt prints all over the floor. I was exhausted, it was around 11:30 at night; I wet some towels in the bathroom and wiped...

"This property is always well maintained. The room is spotless. And the breakfast is different each day and always a great start to your day. The location is convenient to highway and Zion without all the traffic in town. This is our third year staying here and will again next year."

"The rooms were dirty and in need of a deep clean, the teenage staff behaved immaturely, and the pools and hot tubs were the dirtiest I have ever seen (only one was swimmable). At one point, I spoke to a room staff member who did not speak English. I will not be returning to this resort and I felt cheated by my stay there. Traveling takes time and money, and when a resort advertises amenities that are not clean or functioning properly, it detracts from the overall experience and expectations....

"The room had space, was clean, bed was comfortable, parking was convenient. The full size fridge and kitchenette were nice to have (you need your own cookware and tableware). If you just want a clean, reasonably comfortable room without any property amenities or extras, then Chalet Motel is a good value. We would stay again."

"The staff was super friendly and helpful, the room was clean, beds were comfortable, and we had all the amenities we needed. The breakfast provided had many items to select from, and everything was really good. We had our Golden Retriever with us, and the two pet areas were nicer than any I have seen. Thank you for a great stay! "

"There was someone’s left overs in our “cleaned” room. Even thou the handicap rooms were full, (we had a reservation) I can’t walk because of a foot injury. They then put me on the second floor. If there had been a fire, I would have no way out because I can’t go down stairs."

"This is an older Motel that has has some remodeling done I would say for a quick overnight stay and to save money it would be ok. I probably would not stay there again. I think as far as “Motel” is was ok. I prefer a “Hotel” and misunderstood what I had booked. It’s definitely an older/fixed up Motel It was clean enough and the bed was good."

"Stay was good. Didn’t really take advantage of the amenities. Didn’t really interact much with the staff. Parking ok, not great. Room was clean. Shower faucet transfer valve leaked badly, shower almost not usable. Liked view of the hills toward the back. Nice green backyard landscape."
