"Be aware that this is not IN Selfoss; it is about 25 minutes outside the town. It is nearly impossible to see the unmarked driveway. The facility is fine if you don't mind self check-in. Luckily for us the owner/manager was there so we got to enjoy the bar and a human connection. Breakfast was good with plenty of food choices. Unfortunately our room had only one of the two small lights over the bed that worked; however the working light, and the overhead, were so dim as to be mostly useless, and...

I was waiting outside for an hour till the owner came back to guide me to the correct room. There were cottage and rooms that made me confused where to locate my place. Anyway, the owner was very nice and the location was good for first time adventurer."
