"The location is what sold us on this hotel. Our room in the basement was very small, it did the job but it was definitely tight for 3. The AC was confusing but I think we got it to work. The elevator does not go to the basement so the stairs with the luggage was rough but the staff helped us bring it up which was very kind. Again, great location in the city and around a lot of good shops and restaurants!"

"We booked the basement room and were absolutely shocked about its condition. Wallpaper was peeling off due to mould, the door to the bathroom showed mould and the ceiling in the bathroom also showed off several mould stains. The towel heater was in a very bad condition and the shower head was broken as well. We asked for a refund but it was declined. Cannot recommend it at all unfortunately."

"The staff were amazing and very kind but sadly the hotel was not as good as it could have been.
The wifi did not work for the whole of our stay (5 nights). The shower flooded the bathroom floor every time it was used (poor design and drainage). The bedside lamps did not work so it was big light or no light. The lift was incredibly slow so not really useable.
That being said, it was in a great location close to a couple of different tram stops and one of the bigger museums. There was a lidl...

"Es war einfach der Horror. Die online Bilder der Unterkunft haben nichts mit der Realität zu tun. Mal davon abgesehen war es wirklich sehr dreckig. In den Toiletten/Duschen war Schimmel, überall Haare und Toiletten Papier bzw. Tücher für die Hände waren Mangelware.
Unsere Bettwäsche war dreckig.
Wir haben von insgesamt gebuchten 3 Nächten nur eine Nacht dort verbracht und uns eine neue Unterkunft gebucht.
In der einen Nacht, die wir dort schlafen mussten, wurden wir von Tieren (Insekten)...

"We stayed at this hotel with our baby and really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were clean, cozy, and comfortable. The all-you-can-eat restaurant was excellent, with a wide selection of dishes and very tasty food.

"Es wäre sehr hilfreich, wenn in der Beschreibung erwähnt worden wäre, dass die Zimmer keine Fenster besitzen. Das war ein großes Minus. Keine frische Luft, nur per Klimaanlage belüftet. Sehr hellhöriges Gebäude. Extrem kleine Zimmer. Kein Schrank (nur ein Bettkasten). Das Zimmer bestand ungelogen nur aus dem Bett. Im Bad war es immer kalt, keine Möglichkeit der Temparaturregulierung. Aus dem Abfluss roch es permanent nach Gülle. Keine tägliche Reinigung.

"It is definitely far from anything including transportation and restaurants to dine. The breakfast served has small variety and the welcome staff is not accommodating at all. We have to use the free shuttle to the airport everyday just to reach major tourist attractions. Overall, this property fails to deliver a satisfying experience for travelers."

"The room was very quiet, sound proofing was awesome. Opening window for fresh air was great. Absolutely no trace of smoke smell, as smoking floor is first floor only. Bathroom was great, bed super comfortable.
Buffet breakfast was delicious with lots of variety. Free shuttle bus easy to use.
Can be very busy as it’s a massive hotel!
