"Nice stay, but beware of the $5.00 per night credit card charge. Yeah, I was surprised myself to see an additional $15.00 added to the cost of our 3 night stay. Apparently this is done at a few IHG properties so always look at the additional charges section before you get a surprise set of charges like we did out of the blue. Docked just 1 star because of that because the rest of the stay was wonderful."

"The Country Inn & Suites in Conway: my room (312) had bed bugs I am suffering right now. My bed and pillows were infested with numerous blood sucking bed bugs. The A.M. staff told me he did not have decision making powers. I called the hotel later and talked to someone that identified themselves as a manager. I explained the bedbug condition but he was of no assistance. I PLAN TO SUE for pain and suffering.
I have used this hotel many times, but the BED BUG infestation was/is BAD. I was in room...
