"My stay was fine. I won’t choose to stay at this establishment or brand again. When we arrived. The window to the room was open. The room is spacious however the tv installation is poorly thought out. It didn’t swivel. It sits on a wall between the windows with the bed on one side and the couch on the other without the ability to turn it either way. The dust on the nightstands and phone was thick and visible. Stains on the floor also very visible. It was very apparent that the facility was old...

"This hotel was fabulous in every way. The welcoming way the entrance was decorated for Easter was so inviting. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The rooms were immaculate. Every corner was dusted and cleaned. This was by far the best place that I have ever stayed booking through a third-party. I will definitely look for Candlewood anywhere I go now. "Beds and bedding were fresh and clean. Outlets beside beds didn’t work. Blown lightbulb in one lamp. Mold and mildew around tub. Toilet seat loose on one side. Built up dust around baseboards and corners of floor in bathroom. Overall, the property is in need of an update and vigorous cleaning."

"This is a clean hotel, courteous staff, couldn’t ask for better. And if you enjoy an extra firm mattress, this is the place for you (not me)! At my age I need a mattress with a bit more give (completely personal preference). No reason you shouldn’t stay. "
