Khách sạn gần Tượng Henry Clay tại New Orleans

"Excellent location, staff and units. Very spacious, clean and nicely decored."

"Very comfortable bed and very quiet."

"We absolutely enjoyed our stay and have already talked about another trip to New Orleans and staying here again! If you want a cheap hotel look somewhere else because when you pay cheap you get cheap!! Location: Much quieter area away from the hustle and bustle but still very much walking distance to French quarter or to take RTA/ street car. Nearest coffee shop that is extremely good is called Allgood. If you don’t want to pay for an uber from the airport you can catch the bus from the...

"Lovely visit! Would definitely stay here again!!"

"We did enjoy our stay. The washer and dryer was a plus. Beds were soft. Living area clean. Coffee pot avaiable, so bring your own coffee. We would stay here again. A little pricey in general, but with that being said, I believe we got more for our our money compared to other hotels in the same area that were even more expensive than Ironworks. Public parking was 30 dollars a day, instead of 45 dollars a day at the other hotels. Ironworks coffeehouse coffee was delicious. The location from the...

"Loved everything about Loew’s But we were not prepared nor informed of a huge parade Sat night that blockaded route for us to drive our car back to hotel. Had we known, we would have ubered But EVERYTHING about the hotel was wonderful and so comfortable♥️"

"The property has been beautifully maintained. The staff are outstanding. My complaint is that there was no restaurant for breakfast. Yes, there was a Starbucks in the lobby but the breakfast sandwiches were inedible."

"Hotel was in the whole ok and clean, however we paid for a river view premium room. The first night we had limited sleep as the lift noise was constant. Upon raising we were allocated another room however this was on a lower level and not as good standard as first room in regards to space and amenities. Given the price this was poor. Raised with customer services after being hounded for feedback. No action or resolution. Rather poor customer service especially after raising concerns"

"We booked 2 rooms in this hotel. One of the rooms was missing a shower curtain, so the whole room was drenched. When we turned to the staff for this problem they simply told us that the room was designed that way. When we told them our other room did have a curtain, they ignored us and did not make any attempt to search for a solution. The breakfast is very poor, with choice of dried out bagels and cold boiled eggs. When they were out of plates, the staff undertook no action. This hotel has nice...

"Very nice boutique hotel in downtown New Orleans. Walking distance from Bourbon Street, Jackson Square, Frenchman’s street, and most other frequented locations in downtown NOLA. The staff were all incredibly friendly and welcoming. After day 2, they were calling us by name and asking how our day went, just like family. Christopher and LaTisha specifically were exceptional! The hotel is freshly renovated and looks awesome. Perfect for a getaway with your significant other or whole family."

"A comfortable and SPACIOUS room with all the comforts of home PLUS an in-house bar & restaurant."

"The hotel itself is great and a majority of the hotel staff were super helpful. One staff on my last day implied my card was rejecting after trying to recheck in (it was not). Then several times made the process more and difficult. Even stopping me after I checked in, as I walked in to tell me my certificate was expired (I had already worked with management extensively on this). Other than this 1 staff member my stay was overall pleasant and the entire hotel was safe, clean, and the breakfast...

"This is by far my favorite hotel to stay in when visiting Nola. The property is gorgeous. The staff is incredible. It’s in a great location and the little bonuses like the happy hour, the beers upon check in….. they do an incredible job"

"The staff was so helpful and extremely efficient. Quick thinking and easy going as well. When you are on vacation you just want to relax and in a way shut your brain off. So the staff being to notice we needed transport, recommendations for food choices, offering late check out, manning the door after hours, securely holding our luggage as we explored the city, or just engaging in everyday conversation I was just pleased to be in their company and care. As for the room, extremely comfortable...

"Outstanding hotel, walking distance to the French Quarter. Would definitely stay here again. I felt like a queen."
