"I wasn’t pleased with the 20% guatuity when purchasing at the downstairs bar. My ticket went from $56 to $70 and was given a tip slip to tip again for take out service. Was not happy bc I felt robbed. I didn’t tip twice either. "

"Rooms were not clean. Lobby looks nice but rest of the property is outdated. Air conditioner didnt work in one room. Rooms down the hallway had water leaking into the hallway carpet. Asked for extra sheets one night and staff left them on the dirty floor outside the room. Lobby bar/restaurant/store very over priced and limited. "
