"Our room was clean, Staff not very welcoming from the day we checked in. I also find it very weird for a hotel room to not have a simple coffee maker or even wine glasses. When my husband went to ask for wine glasses at the front desk, they told him the hotel doesn't provide those and he can check if the bar can give him glasses. Uhh the bar gave him plastic disposable cups to use. Plus never had a hotel charge $600 as a holding that's insane."

"Great price, middle of the action! Very noisy outside with horns, fire trucks, general New York action. I had trouble sleeping. The room was cozy, but not designed well. The bed frame had sharp corners that I have bruises on my knees from, and the wash cloth dropped into the toilet twice. I was surprised there was no central coffee, hot water for tea or microwave in the lobby, but when I asked, they brought an electric kettle to the room which was great."

"We upgraded to the suite and had a fun time. Good uptown hotel for a short stay- close to Central Park and good food and subway stations."

"The hotel is located very conveniently to plenty of things. It is clean and well run. Had some issues with the shower turning on and draining, but otherwise the room was satisfactory too!"

"The staff was great! The parking was cheaper than any other hotel in the area. The valet was actually cheaper than other self-parks in the area. Room was ok! Not amazing, but fine for a night in the city. Clean, just needs some TLC. Lobby was beautiful. We have a daughter, It was so nice to get gelato/Starbucks (both right next door) and eat it in the warm pretty lobby. The restaurant upstairs was really good and reasonably price for NY. Nice to cut through Central Park and walk right up to Time Square. Even though we book through Expedia, there was still a $22 charge for the hotel and the valet was $81. I would definitely come back. "

"The full size bed was a dreadful. It sagged in the middle and the top was odd. The box spring was bizarre and the mattress was totally gross. We noticed that maintenance tried to fix it with long closet dowel. The carpet in the hallways are disgusting all stained on all floors. The cleaning folks leave their cleaning supplies in the hallways at all hours. There are large cardboard boxes in the hallways filled with soiled towels and linens. The safety fire doors are propped open all the time which is a fire safety violation."

"Didn’t realize there was construction that was sometimes loud… the ac was just as loud and elevator situation was abismal but the room was nice just loud AC when you’re trying to sleep"

"Yo habia quedado con el hotel Que llegaria tempro lo cual me cobrarian un cargo extra. Cuando llegue me dijeron que no se podia hacer una entrada temprano que la persona que me dijo que si no sabia nada.el manager me trato muy mal. Pero lo mas incleible es que cuando revise mi extrato bancario me di cuenta que no medejaron hacer la entra temprano pero si me cobraron. Y ya les envío mensajes los llamo y no he optenido una respuesta"
