"Courteous and clean"

"Overall we had a fabulous experience! Special kudos to the staff! Especially two that stood out Bill at the front reception desk who was personable, funny, attentive & bent over backwards to accommodate! Also Latasha who was very sweet & made sure we were taken care of! My only recommendations are about the room & they’re minor but would be well appreciated by all guests: there needs to be better lighting! A desk lamp is needed as well as softer light bulbs in the wall light fixtures. Wall...

Food options are very tasty & plentiful at Alexandria's. Customer service was good throughout the hotel but the early morning staff who work the front desk should do better at greeting customers. "

"We had stayed in this hotel, then called The Admiral Fell, many years ago. In its new incarnation as a Hilton, the hotel remains a terrific choice for a Baltimore trip. Fells Point (its location) has many restaurants, cafes, and little shops, and is very near by car from the Inner Harbor and museums. The staff at the hotel was lovely and efficient and the room was spotless and comfortable. "
