"We only stayed for one night the rooms are very 80’s average. Some black mold in the bathroom corners. Dated is okay if you wow your guests with cleanliness. The restaurant served up a very authentic German selection on the dinner menu. It was prepared well and was delicious."

"Had a nice stay with my kids. The pool and beach was amazing. If you are not a golfer, there is not much else to do in the resort. The food/ snacks options are limited. We didn’t eat at the restaurant in resort, I found it was pricey to have to pay for two kids who are extremely picky and will only end up eating fries. So we just ordered from outside. There is a Tim Hortons+Pizza Hut not too far away. Parking was available in the resort. We went during the Victoria day long weekend and I found it was busy with a lot of younger crowd. It did get loud at night, I am glad I had a noise machine on so the kids didn’t wake up. I also didn’t appreciate the fact that there was no microwave in the room but guests could rent it for $25 extra, so if you have kids and need to warm their food/ milk, be mindful of that. I find the room price was also quite expensive for a standard 2 queens bedroom. However, it was a nice relaxing stay for us overall. I enjoyed the scenic drive a lot."

"Quaint boutique historical property. Very clean with unique furniture. Reception staff efficient and friendly. don’t forget to ask for a bucket of ice. No fridge. Wrap around porch gives all season view of Main Street with excellent food and extensive drink menu. Two indoor restaurants and new bar to choose from all with caring staff. A peaceful oasis."

"My partner, dog and I loved our stay! Beautiful spot, lovely drive from London, and incredible home. We even chatted about how nice it would be to live here, that’s how comfortable it is. This place was an incredible stay, cozy bed, loads of amenities, and the perfect way to get away from the city. We loved that Logan accommodated our pup vimy, at a very low fee. All three of us got to get away and enjoy a wonderful stay. Beautiful kitchen, nice bathroom, cozy beds. I’ll be sure to return for my partners birthday. I couldn’t be happier with my stay."

"I spent 3 nights here at the Ranch house inn and the staff/owners were responsive to requests. The pictures are accurate and I believe it reflects a relatively recent remodelling. Internet was fast and there was a common area with Keurig type coffee/amenities. There is ample parking in the back. Since I used this as a staging ground for my weekend at the Grand Bend Motorplex, I appreciate how convenient exeter is. There was a dollarama down the street and restaurant options close by. If you are noise/light sensitive; I do recommend bringing earplugs / nightmask as there was some noise/light intrusion into the rooms. Otherwise, I would come back for future days."
