"Overall, I'm giving this property 5 stars for getting the basics right. Staff were courteous, room was clean, quiet, and the bed was comfy.
That said, I wouldn't recommend this hotel for stays more than a day or two. The room has so much unused space and there are no drawers or wardrobe to store clothing in. There are coat hooks attached to the wall and a rod for holding hangars, but that is all.
Breakfast is also disappointing. Nothing hot, very little variety. Only cereal, oatmeal, bagels, sugary yogurt, apples, and hard boiled eggs. I would expect to at least have a waffle maker and some other fruit like bananas or oranges."
"The hotel itself was beautiful and very up to date. The room was great, and we really enjoyed the restaurant, drinks, and gift shop. The location was perfect for us since we were in town for a cheer competition and wanted to stay close to everything in downtown Little Rock.
The only downside was the valet service. We waited about 40 minutes in a long line to valet our car. My mom is elderly and cannot walk long distances, which made the wait especially difficult. Because of the delay, I ended up planning to park on my own and walk back to the hotel.
Overall, the hotel was wonderful, but the valet wait time definitely needs improvement, especially for guests with mobility concerns."
"The staff was outstanding. Everyone we came in contact with was kind and accommodating. Rooms, lobby, and pool area looked clean and organized.
TV was frustrating a little and then went out of service but that was a directv issue.
Note when booking, this is a valet parking hotel. Arrival line was a little hectic as it is a small area."
"We thought the rooms and hotel altogether were superb but it wasn’t near as awesome as the staff. Night employees as well as day employees were probably the nicest, friendliest, most accommodating and eager to help in anyway possible staff I’ve ever met. 2 different times I went downstairs for something and ended up standing in the lobby visiting with different staff at the desk. That talk to you like they’ve known you forever. Staff like this would’ve made the stay worth it even if it had been a crappy room (but wasn’t, the room was perfect) you seriously need to give the 2 front desk employees that were working during my stay a substantial raise. You couldn’t have employees any better than them. Thank you for making our first time to Little Rock awesome and memorable and wanting to come back very soon. And don’t forget, they deserve a raise!!!!"
