It is a short walk to the marina, the Venetian fortress, ferry docks, and the center of the city. 2. Views from the restaurant on the top floor and the small swimming pool are spectacular. 3. "Rua Augusta exceeded our expectations. We were in the England suite. Was the perfect size. Modern. Very, very clean and well laid out. Finishes were high end. Washer/Dryer combo was very convenient and the location was perfect. Will definitely book here again."

"The location was great. Right in the center of town and modern. When we checked in there was a huge puddle of water in the kitchen area. The cleanliness was also not up to par. When we initially brought attention to the cleanliness. Even with pictures and evidence the communication and attitude of the staff was not great and to be worked on."

"Clean space overall Hot tub had a strange smell to it so unfortunately didn’t use it Front desk was closed upon arrival and departure due to late night/early morning arrivals and departures so we was asked to leave 2 euros for nightly “environmental fee”, we left the 2 euros as asked and was still charged on our invoice for the fee. I know 2 euros isn’t much but taking the cash and still charging us is not right in our opinion Great centralized location to restaurants and shops"
