"We had an excellent stay! We were celebrating a special occasion and we were lucky enough to get a free room upgrade. The staff were very courteous, friendly and helpful. We even got free access to the spa (jacuzzi and saunas). The breakfast was also delicious and well presented. The room was spacious and very clean. The location is great too as it is a short walk to the main square with lots of shopping and restaurants. Highly recommended hotel and would definitely stay here again! "

"Very responsive host and the remarkably clean and organized hotel room with secured/easy access was conveniently located in the city center near the Herakleion port. Restaurants and shopping district within walking distance. The host guided me through greatly with finding a parking spot which I appreciate very much. Coffee, tea, a small bottle of ouzo & other assortments were kindly accommodated, such sensible gestures added a wonderful memory to my experience in the famous greek hospitality....

"We were only here one night, but this hotel was great! From our room, we had a view of the street below and the sea in the distance. Our hotel wasn't necessarily *close* to all the food/shopping or the fort, but it was within a reasonable walk that felt safe to us. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing any information we needed and helping us set up a taxi the next morning. "Great spot! Just a short, easy walk into the city center. Room was wonderful & parking was very convenient. When you are just arriving, the surrounding area might look a bit different than expected, but it seemed very safe and once you walk into the city it is very nice and cute.
