A comfortable hotel with helpful staff and a superb buffet breakfast. The room was modern and comfortable; everything worked. The only fly in the ointment was a certain amount of street noise, especially at the weekend, from loud young people outside (and sometimes from other guests inside) – basically the soundproofing could be better especially when this is quite a new building.
Great value for money. The rooms are relatively small but they are clean, and quiet. The breakfast is above expectations (for such an affordable accommodation). Free parking (5 minutes walk from the property) is a huge plus.

Very clean with a wonderful breakfast. Area is in a convenient location. Good value and nice staff
Well positioned for onward travel from port and walking distance of old town attractions. Excellent breakfast. Parking a little tricky in immediate area.
Great price, size of room, breakfast, nice staff, great walkable location. 2nd stay. Will be back. Hotel restaurant is a hidden gem with a great view of the harbor and not crowded.

Perfect for a late arriving ferry
Perfect location, easy to walk to from the ferry, even late at night. Comfortable and clean room. Even a good breakfast for a vegan, with lots of fresh fruit, nuts and seeds and tahini as spread on the nice bread.

Disliked: Room comfort
The location is perfect , close to all heraklion restaurants and clubs but the bed is awful, totally unacceptable, not comfortable at all , especially for couples.
Cleanliness is acceptable.
The people from front desk are friendly.
The room was modern and suited our needs. The hotel is located close to many restaurants and parking is available at the harbour if you don’t secure on street parking.
The breakfast buffet provided a wide variety of food. Egg, bacon, pastries, fruit yoghurt, cheeses, olives etc etc The coffee machine also dispensed a fairly good cappuccino.
The hotel was great and the breakfast buffet was delicious and had many choices. The hotel is Super clean. My only complaint is that we walked to the hotel in the night from the bus stop which is located on a hill. Google said it was a 9 minute walk, but it wasn’t. We had to walk up 2 flights of stairs with heavy suitcases and then passed a homeless person. With that said, take a taxi.

This is definitely not a four star hotel. We were put in the annex and the rooms are small and dated. There was some loud music playing because of a festival there when we were there which was annoying you hear the airplanes flying amenities are sparse, breakfast was good. They also held our luggage which was a positive. It might be nice for just one night if you’re flying out but it wasn’t comparable to what we had in Santorini or Mykonos or Athens. Customer Service was mediocre. The main hotel looked better than the annex but I didn’t see a room there so I can’t comment.
Honestly the hotel was super central and was a great last minute find for one night. I didn't expect much but actually I thought my room was great.
The morning I was leaving however, the cleaners were a bit aggressive and had parked their cleaning supplies and laundry outside of my room and then came into my room asking when I was leaving. Checkout is clearly indicated as 11am so it was unfortunate that they were pushy and didn't fully allow me to enjoy the last few hours of my trip to Crete before my flight. Additional training would be helpful so that others are not similarly impacted.
Not sure where the people who gave 5 stars to this hotel stayed but we definitely slept in a dirty and noisy room. My girlfriend was actually scared of staying there alone. I don’t recommend. Only quality is the closeness to the port. Seriously, go elsewhere for that price.
Great position for access to city and Harbour areas. Nice hotel which is in two parts, we were in the second part, not the main hotel. My only gripe was on the 1st level as you enter there was always a smell of petrol, luckily we were a level up so the smell didn't permeate up to us.

Great location near the port
The breakfast here was AMAZING. It was included with the room and worth it. No parking on-site, but they give you free parking just a short walk away at the port. Only complaint is our linens didn’t look the cleanest. There were stains on the outer comforter and on the fitted sheet. We ended up turning around the comforter so the stains were at our feet.

I picked this hotel because I thought it was be close and convenient to the port. It didn’t seem like a nice or safe area. Lots of graffiti and there was a homeless man sleeping in the street with a mattress by the steps down to the main road. The WiFi also didn’t work.
We did not get the room we paid for, had booked an Annex room with sea view, got a room in main building on 2nd floor with some sea view but mainly showed roof of dilapidated building next door.
