At first, you are wondering were you are going. It's a little bit in the middle of nowhere but our goal was to be close from the airport and it's 7-10 minutes from the airport. Was ok for us. The installations are or look like new. Gated property, plenty of parking, amazing pool, BBQ spot and kids games. Inside, amazing facilities. It's something to have something new, but you feel the difference when it's well built. The rooms were extra clean, clim was working well (we just don't like the fact that it cannot go lower than 23C.) showers were clean and efficient. Don't hesitate to go there

Nice and calm property just a few minutes away from Heraklion and Knossos Palace. The suite has everything you need to make your stay comfortable. The host (Mrs Vaso) is lovely and always ready to help. I recommend!

We had an overall great stay at Orion eco suites. The complex is wonderful with its pool, plenty of outdoor seating and proximity to Heraklion and local beautiful beaches. In particular, the helpfulness of the employed bartender was unbeatable after our car broke down and we are extremely grateful that we had someone on site who was so willing to help us straight away! Although our room was small, it was always cleaned sufficiently every 2 or 3 days and the sheets and towels were changed. What bothered us personally about our room was that there was very little daylight. Due to the fact that there was no fly screen in the only window in the room, we did not dare to ventilate in the evening/night (in cooler temperatures) due to numerous moths and mosquitoes. It was also very noisy throughout the accommodation. Which personally robbed us of sleep, but that is very individual, was the relatively hard bed and the pillows which were too high and also rather hard. We also had two power cuts, one of which only affected our apartment and lasted for about an hour. However, after we reported it, the owners even came to check on us and proved to be extremely helpful! All in all the complex still has everything you need to be happy, supermarkets, bakeries and a beautiful beach are less than 10 minutes away and if you have any problems you can contact the complex's hotline 24/7. We really enjoyed our stay despite the annoying little trifles and can recommend Orion Eco Suites!

Clean accommodation; pool was great, kids loved it. Area was a bit downtrodden beyond the complex but the suite itself was well maintained and exactly what we needed for a short stopover. Staff were welcoming and knowledgeable.

Our room was very clean and beautiful!! The only thing that made it a little unbearable was the Air conditioner was not cooling our room. It felt cooler outside than in our room and it was hard to sleep at night. Other than that I would stay there again in cooler weather.

Tolle Unterkunft an ruhiger Lage

Gepflegte Anlage in Stadtnähe. Zentrum ist in ca 15min mit dem Auto erreichbar. Auto oder Motorfahrrad zwingend. Suiten sind sauber und haben alles was man braucht. Pool und BBQ sind grosszügig ausgelegt.

Très bel hôtel proche de Knossos et de l’aéroport

Nous avons séjourné une nuit lors de notre retour sur Heraklion, notre vol étant tôt le matin. Les suites sont belles, joliment décorées et bien équipées, de même que les installations extérieures : piscine à débordement, bains de soleil, barbecues… L’accueil est cordial et le service parfait : tout est fait pour que vous soyez satisfait et content de votre séjour: vin, boissons et en-cas offerts dans la chambre, un plateau de mezze offert dans l’après-midi alors que nous profitions de la piscine, nous avons apprécié cette marque d’hospitalité typiquement crétoise !

Tous ravis du séjour!

Très bon accueil, emplacement stratégique pour les visites, la mer et l’aéroport, endroit charmant, très propre, spacieux et calme. La piscine à débordements nous a ravi. Séjour de 3 jours très apprécié, notre hôte était très à l’écoute. Impressionnée par les équipements de panneaux solaires qui est la source en énergie.
