Khách sạn Herăști

"The staff were very helpful and professional. We enjoyed our stay"

"People were smoking in the lobby and you could smell the smoke in room. The room did not look like the picture they posted. Worse, you had to chair a bath in the hallway. I definitely do not recommend it."

"Camera piccola e l'abbiamo fatto cambiare perché la precedente era minuscola con volte basse quasi da sbattere la testa e claustrofobico. Colazione pessima per un italiano che preferisce la colazione dolce non c'era praticamente nulla. 4 stelle a questi prezzi anche no."

"iam a solo traveller and have used this hotel quite a few times , i find it much nicer than a huge hotel , they remember you and staff so nice . I feel safe and highly recommend it Sad i missed Michelle I will be back in December"

"Very clean and tidy. very well done breakfast, comfort, great staff. "

"An outstanding hotel. Beautiful inside and very attentive service. Would definitely stay there again."

"Me gustó, está en una buena zona para pasear, hotel limpio, parece un museo, cada piso tiene cuadros temáticos, personal muy amable, el buffet está muy rico y variado, puede probar quesos, salchichas, verduras, huevo, cereales, te, agua, panes, recomendado para quedarse"

"The room was clean & quiet. Breakfast was included. St Staff were curtious & willing to help. It had air-conditioning & a room safe. This hotel is within walking distance of the Parliament building. (remember to take your Passport along). Good value for the room rate."

"Great stay clean quiet very comfortable and a great breakfast"

"Everything was modern and clean. Helpful staff. Rooftop restaurant / bar is great with fantastic views. Room was mainly really good but a few niggles, mainly around getting the air conditioning to work which was resolved at the second time of asking."

"Very disappointing experience. The hotel is in an old building, and the balconies on the higher floors felt extremely unsafe. The metal railings seemed far too low, especially considering the height of the building. The spa facilities were equally disappointing. The jacuzzi was very small and had a terrible smell. I honestly cannot understand how this can be presented as a spa facility. The swimming pool was also very small, with what appeared to be cheap, non-professional floor...

"Generally good"
