"I've stayed here MANY times and every time is great honestly. My only real complaints this trip is that one of the elevators isnt functioning leaving 1 elevator for the entire hotel. It took a really long time to get up to our room or down to the pool or to leave. The other thing was the large group of school aged children constantly in the main lobby area making checking in or simply getting past them challenging. (Not to mention their charter bus took up literally EVERY SINGLE dedicated...

"Our room was clean and comfortable but we had several issues with the bathroom. Saturday morning we reported that the toilet seat was loose, the bathroom sink was not draining and that the shower doors would not stay shut. We were told it would be taken care of by the time we returned. The toilet seat was fastened but nothing else was addressed. "Our room was upstairs on the 2nd floor. My mom is 90 there was no elevator for her. That was brutal. There was something being built near parking area which looked unfinished. We had a balcony view which looked onto the parking area. There’s a hospital across the street and during the night we heard very loud helicopter noise overhead. "The hotel was clean, the rooms were comfortable. The staff was very friendly. We didn’t make it to the pool. The buffet was actually great but the pub was disappointing. They had a set menu with very limited options. It would be nice to have more options than just sandwiches."

"We had a great stay at Baldwin Inn & Suites. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always. The location was very convenient, with easy access to nearby restaurants and shopping. Our room was huge, giving us plenty of space to move around. The beds were very comfortable, and we slept great. The room was also clean. Overall, this hotel offered exactly what we needed for an affordable price. We would definitely stay here again when visiting the area."

"Shops nearby, the staff was not helpful, don't ask for towels, pillows, quiet, police everywhere looking for people with warrents. It's endless. Wifi sucks, doesn't work for crap. TV was awful. It's cheap but not worth it. Specially when we got a king size bed with 3 flat pillows, it was my mother and I and he wouldn't give us any more pillows or give me any extra towels."
