"Our stay was very enjoyable. The hotel is six years old but looked brand new. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. It took about 5-minutes to realize that the parking garage is actually a public garage next door however it looks brand new as well. My only complaint is that the coffee maker in the room makes a poor very small cup of coffee. Sadly, it a machine that you see a big celebrity being their spokesperson for. "The staff were all friendly and it was a nice atmosphere. Just a decent amount of traffic noise due to the freeway and possibly from the main road. Also conveniently located close to downtown."

"This was a nice hotel to stay at in a great location to downtown. It’s very close to everything. The staff was great. My only complaint was the housekeeping staff. They originally skipped cleaning our room, so I called to have it freshened up while we were going to be gone. We came back only to find one bed was made, none of the garbage was taken out, and the only thing they really did was bring fresh towels. They could do a much better job. Other than housekeeping, we had a great stay."

"During our stay, we had marijuana pumping through the vent into our room. This was super disturbing and really strong. I went to the front desk and they were spraying febreeze in the air on their floor to neutralize the smell. It was so bad on our floor. They gave me febreeze to spray in our room and said I’m over it. Take it! It continued to smell in our hallway the following day. Nothing was done to compensate for this horrible experience!"
