"Family met and stayed there for a graduation. Location was good for ceremony and lots of restaurants. We enjoyed the bar for a late evening gathering spot. Breakfast at Wolfgang Puck was good and reasonably priced."

"The outside is very poorly maintained, and I was very worried about what I’d find on the inside when I pulled up. When I went in, they were not able to accommodate a 1-hr early check-in at all. The lobby where other guests and I waited appeared clean and well-maintained. The restaurant is currently under construction and not open. I use the bathroom off the lobby, which had had only one working sink, and said working sink appeared to contain vomit. Once we got up to our room, that initially appeared to be clean. The bathroom left some doubt—the lotion had not been replaced and had been almost entirely used, and we didn’t have soap. Thankfully, we only stayed for one short night. I was grateful to be out of there this morning."

"This was a nice hotel to stay at in a great location to downtown. It’s very close to everything. The staff was great. My only complaint was the housekeeping staff. They originally skipped cleaning our room, so I called to have it freshened up while we were going to be gone. We came back only to find one bed was made, none of the garbage was taken out, and the only thing they really did was bring fresh towels. They could do a much better job. Other than housekeeping, we had a great stay."

"To begin with the refrigerator did not work, we had food in it and the light was on but it did not keep food cold. It was lukewarm. The food was thrown out needless to say. The heater did not work . It was somehow set at 65. I was able to set it for 70 but the heat never came on. The phone was dead. There was no sound. The was only one roll of tp in the room. With no extra to be found. The elevator did not work on a consistent basis. We were locked in and another guest figured out how to open it. Last but not least several children were running and screaming up and down the hallway and slamming doors. This went on for hours. Finally I called the desk from my phone and asked for them to check out the situation. They did not finally at 10:45 pm I packed up and headed to the desk to complain and leave. I ended up driving home 2 hours away. ( My son had to leave after the first night to return to work). I had a medical procedure done and was supposed to rest until the next afternoon. The response from the manager was a 10% discount. Never again would I consider staying at any suggested hotels!"
