I understand sometimes they can get busy and miss little things. But we were told to wait till 4 just to check into a dirty room."

"This property used to be very good. But they now charge for parking in a shared parking lot in a business park. The beds are old. Amenities are mediocre. Staff seemed like you were bothering them if you asked for anything. Have stayed here many times. This was my last. Not a good value for what you pay."

The property is right off the freeway and I am sure it use to be some sort of a motel converted into Tiller House by Marriott. It's cute and clean but it is still a motel with some paint on it. "We had a horrible experience with the front desk staff during this stay. I booked a two queen/full-size room due to the size of our party and arrived at 8:30pm on Saturday night during the Memorial Day weekend. When I got to the front desk to check in, the agent informed me that the property was oversold on that type of room and that only rooms with king-size beds were available, I was told that there's nothing they can do.
