Khách sạn Heritage Hills

"Everything was good. Wish they still had coffee makers/amenities(coffee, tea) in room like website stated."

"Common areas are well maintained, but the rooms show signs of aging. Bed and pillows are very comfortable, the property is in a safe area and conveniently located within minutes of the train station and downtown Mt. Kisco. Have been staying here for years and will return."

"Great!"

"With our initial room smelling of mildew, the second one was no better, the AC worked when it wanted to, mind you it was literally freezing temperatures the night we stayed. "Overall a good experience. Room was clean, looked updated recently. Morning breakfast while a bit late opening up, was good quality."

"We loved our stay! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The amenities were wonderful, but mostly, this is a gorgeous property! For such an historic property, it is so comfortable and beautiful! We wish we could have stayed longer!"

"I love staying at this Hotel, staff are super friendly especially my birthday twin Brianna ☺️. I highly recommend this hotel."

"Beautiful grounds"

We had to go to the local store (Walmart) and purchase body soap. Another downside was that housekeeping did not come to clean our room daily. When we called to inquire about getting housekeeping to our room we were told by the front desk that the service is provided every three days. I would highly recommend that policy of...

"Quiet area and well maintained rooms."
