The elevator did not work, I was told it’s been out for several days with no plan to fix it anytime soon, both bathrooms in the lobby were out of order, so we could not use the bathroom while we were waiting to check in, it’s advertised to have a 24 hour fitness center, but that is false advertising as the fitness center is nonexistent as it is filled with furniture, the air conditioner is extremely loud and we couldn’t sleep, the floors above have zero...

"Nice hotel, very clean. The carpet in the halls was bit loose and there were some nicks in the walls from traveler traffic but nothing bad. It's very close to the university of south Alabama."

"This was a horrible experience. Booked a two night stay in a non-smoking double bed room because I had two children with me. Upon arrival I was told my reservation was changed to a smoking queen bedroom, I accepted due to it being late at night. The room was DISGUSTING with stained sheets and it REEKED. Went downstairs and asked for a different room, was told there wasn’t a double bed available. As I was leaving the front desk staff stopped me and said “if you have cash, I can find something.”...

"Just a place to sleep and move on. Pros: Cheap, great location with several restaurants and Walmart nearby. Cons: Property conditions, weird noisy tenants, no breakfast just coffee. Bed was clean but blanket had a hole in it. Bathroom was very clean. Floors were slippery. AC cold, Tv works. Not sure if there is wifi."

"I’ve traveled a lot in my life, and rarely leave bad reviews, but this hotel was awful. I do not recommend staying here. The building looked like it was slapped together in a rush. The floors were uneven all over, it made me feel very disoriented. The walls have cracks all over. I let my 8 month old crawl on the floor expecting it be clean.. and her knees and hands turned black after only a few seconds on the floor. "The staff was nice. The hotel needs renovating. It did not feel clean. The breakfast was a little less than the typical continental hotel breakfast. Also, my family went to breakfast 30 minutes before the breakfast ended, and there were no more eggs, and they were not replenished."
