"The pillows and bed sheets were dirty, the room had an unpleasant odor, and the telephone and hair dryer were not working. Overall, the room did not meet basic cleanliness and maintenance standards, which made our stay uncomfortable. I hope these issues are addressed to improve the experience for future guests."

"This is the worst place I have ever stayed hands down! Stuff growing on the walls between the a/c and the window. Lots of people smoking pot and drinking in the parking lot. I rented the room site unseen. No towels or soap. I am 6-2”, 280 lbs and I not afraid of much but staying here scared me to death!! Checked in around 11:30 at night checked out at 5:00 am. Never stay here, took forever to check in and check out 1 person working the desk. Never again!"

"Do not book here! Roaches and poop towels !!! We couldn’t get a refund , so we requested another room and that room had roaches as well. The rooms are humid and sticky ! Breakfast items are spoiled and old . The towels and bedding was dirty and we even pulled a poop towel from the stack of “clean” towels. My daughter caught a stomach virus from this hotel . Literally the worst hotel stay we’ve ever had, just save your money and book elsewhere!"

"The first thing that pleased me about the hotel was the friendliness and attention of the staff to my needs. I had come into town early and asked if it would be possible to have an early check in, and the employee immediately began to work to accommodate the request. In less than an hour I was able to check in. The room was fabulous, no problems and the breakfast was great. I highly recommend this hotel for travelers in and around Saraland. Five stars!!!!"

"Room was perfect for what I needed. I ended up needing to extend my stay by 3 days and they were able to accommodate me staying in the same room. If you travel with pets this is a good place to stay."
