"There were a number of issues with this property. First it was not the property shown in the Expedia photo, nor was it in the location indicated on Expedia. Second, there was no remote control for the air conditioner unit in the main living area downstairs so it could not be turned on. Due to the extreme heat outside the two units in the upstairs bedrooms struggled to cool those rooms, and the whole unit was very uncomfortable to be in. Third, the customer service was appalling. "We had one of the best holidays ever. Cocos is an exceptional place. Rustic feel, relaxed, slow pace. Food, drinks are very good. All meals are a la carte. Never felt bored. Nothing is too much for the staff. Senior management always present. Highly recommend this resort and would love to return, hopefully soon. Thank you Cocos."

"Old, shabby, in the middle of a building site, only 1 light in any room. all ceiling vans not working. TV not working. Had to ask for a room key as one was not provided at check-in."

"Nestled into a quiet part of the country and good views of the sea. Room was nice and spacious, albeit a bit antiquated. Limited dining options next to the hotel so plan ahead. Kitchen requires you to plan a bit ahead for dinner, especially if its going to be late. I drove to the place so it was OK to get to and from the hotel but I can imagine would be difficult witha taxi. Staff was nice and accomodating."

"Fantastic property. Beautiful beach and always a friendly staff member to set up a beach chair and umbrella for you... Not many restaurants around and the ones that are seemed pricey. We went to th grocery store and made great ise of th in room kitchens and bbq under the gazebo... Great fun. "
