"We were booked for a 3 night stay. On 1 of the 3 nights our room was not cleaned. I went to the front desk to get clean towels and specifically asked that housekeeping clean our room the next day. The next morning, we saw housekeeping outside the room next to ours andI asked the girl if we were to have our room cleaned. She told me that she would be there in 10 minutes. An hour and a half later, when we checked the hallway, she had skipped our room entirely and I had to ask again to have it...

"Beautiful property. We thought it was brand new, but the manager told me it was 12 years old. Lots of free parking, including a dozen handicap slots by the front door. Huge, bright & airy lobby, business center and dining areas. Very polite & helpful staff. Nice, compact bar by the small kitchen adjacent to the front desk. Very complete breakfast buffet.Mizz Ava, Mizz Lisa, & Mr. Noel were especially noteworthy for their patient, friendly assistance in finding local shopping attractions. Mr....

"We didn’t use the pool or patio but it looked nice. The gym and lounge areas were great. The staff was very helpful and friendly. "

"Room had a funky smell and had NO SMOKE Detectors! Roaches crawling everywhere kitchen wasn’t clean. The bathroom wasn’t cleaned and the stairway had loose hand railing and the elevator had feces in it. No sign/name of the hotel on the building. My family Didn’t stay the night we got our stuff together and left!! I do not recommend this hotel!! "

"There were roaches in my room. They changed me to an upper floor and upgraded my room but there were still roaches. Did not like the hotel but the staff was very nice and professional."

"Room was not cleaned during our stay. On Saturday I mentioned this to the staff at the desk and they ASSURED me the room would be cleaned. Nothing done. For the price I paid per night, close to $1000 I should expect better. Not acceptable! Especially for a room a I paid for in advance almost 1 YEAR AGO IN FULL. Refund due accordingly!! "Had an asthma attack as soon as I stepped in the hotel! It’s truly smoked out. We got a non smoking room and it still reeked of smoke. I would not stay there again for free. "

"Everything was great. Would definitely stay there again. The only thing was the room was not serviced afternoon first night. I asked fir it to be done...but the ball got dropped. No biggie...I just wanted clean towels, which they gave me when I asked for them."

"Overall, the general condition and staff are fine during our stay. However, the light above the mini bar where is coffee maker is located was out-off order, and still not replaced regardless several repeated inquiries for repair. Basic room service is only upon request. "

"The staff were super helpful in so many ways, especially Perla who was very attentive to our needs and helped accommodate our family even when I messed up a small part of the reservation. The property was clean and super convenient right off the highway. Breakfast was decent and the coffee better than expected. The only thing I wish is if the fitness center was a little bigger and better equipped (some of the main equipment was out of order also). Overall very good stay. "
