"It was in a great location. I do not like contactless check in and service. There were no amenities. Shower head and faucet did not work properly. We were moved to another room which was better except that the shower was filthy. Mold in the shower. We were so discussed that we left early the next morning. Not high end or classy. We were charged for a cleaning fee and were told it will be refunded. It still is on the card."

"We had the most magical 8 year anniversary! Upon arrival we were met by Dale, what a doll!!! He provided so much info abou the town and was so charming and welcoming. The room was divine, cute, clean and from a fairy tale. The pool vibes were off the chain, everyone was so chill and just there to enjoy life! We cant wait to come back!"

Because it wasn’t peak summer yet it wasn’t crazy busy outside at Porch Bar/ the underground but we weren’t bothered by the noise of the music. Some people that go to bed super early might be. Really cool to have those amenities on the property! Staff was super kind and helpful. Beautiful place would stay again in a heartbeat!!"

"Every light and appliance was unplugged when I arrived. At first I thought it was just the bedside lamps that were unplugged, but I opened the fridge and tried to turn on the TV. Those were unplugged too. I initially couldn’t find the outlet. I went to the front desk and the staff member came back to the room with me and he couldn’t find the outlet either. They said they would call maintenance. There was also no TV remote, which I told them about. They told me they would call me when maintenance...
