"The front desk staff was extremely helpful prior to our visit. We had some questions and they were answered promptly. We rented 2 rooms and each one was clean and very spacious. We had enough towels to accommodate everyone. We particularly loved both the indoor and outdoor pools. Neither was crowed so we could really enjoy our time spent there. The property is conveniently located to restaurants, the outlets, and the park. It was an ideal place to stay."

"Our room was very large. We got the King studio, and my husband was so delighted that he had his own little living room area with his own television on the wall. The bathroom was clean and nice, and the front desk was very helpful in helping us choose a place to eat. It’s in a nice quiet area, and I didn’t hear any noise at all from inside or outside. "This is a motel and should be priced and marketed as a motel. The only redeeming quality of this motel was the poor employee who was clearly working alone for the whole property. She was being called non-stop. The property is in need of updates. There is an EXTREME security risk in anyone can open the doors and have access to the doors in the building connected to the lobby. Our sheets had to be changed because of hair and stains. Wyndham clearly handed over money and should be embarrassed to...

"New hotel.. issues with WiFi.. had to call a help number and took 15 minutes to get WiFi.. unnecessary time that should not have had to do. They blamed it on being new.. that should have been worked out!"

"Brandon gave us a warm, friendly and effective welcoming check in. Every staffs are friendly, especially the breakfast department staffs who’s working non stop to refill everything for guests. As well as the house keepers are very friendly as well. The hotel is super clean, well maintained and we will be back next time visiting Hershey Park! Thank you!"

"Everything was fine, except for one day when there were issues with breakfast due to a lack of staff. The Jacuzzi wasn't working—something you only find out upon arrival—and the elevator wasn't working either; otherwise, we thought it was excellent. Good service. The hotel is clean; the only issue was that on one morning during my stay, there were problems with breakfast because of understaffing."
