"The front desk staff were wonderful. Nearly all service staff were rude and unhelpful with a few of exceptions. There are cultural differences I expect to navigate but they were rude, ignored us constantly and honestly made the experience unenjoyable. The breakfast buffet was amazing and that staff was great and kind. Everything was very clean. The included classes offered aren’t all week so we could not partake as it’s only offered 4 (I think) of the 7 days. Food was very tasty but it’s silly...

"Came here with my 2 kids. It was a perfect location very easy to get picked up for tours that we booked. Restaurants were booked when we got there but they fit us in at the front desk. Everything was perfect except I felt that the pools closed too early. They closed at 6pm but other than that I would definitely stay here again."
