"The property was lovely, great location if you have transport and don’t want be in the city and also super handy to the airport. Was very disappointed with the service after checking out and we had left an expensive item in the room. Took several days with phone calls, an email and several staff members to even action a look in the room or asking housekeeping. My item was not returned so therefore stolen/taken by either housekeeping or the next guests in the room. So disappointing! If actioned...

"Very kind staff. Prior to arrival they arranged to have the keys available for us even though we were extremely late to check in. Parking was full due to school holidays, but they allowed us to park in their drive way and informed us they’d only contact us if someone couldn’t get past our car. "Well, it was quiet a surprise for an older building. Room was very fresh, had everything i needed, jug toaster, microwave. "The hotel is currently under renovation so there is a lot of construction going on in the building. There were warnings about noise etc but we did not encounter this. Overall our room was spacious and clean and the bed was comfortable. It was good value for money for what it was - a comfy bed to sleep in!"

"We had a great stay right in the heart of Brisbane. The room was clean and modern and while a little small it was perfect for us.
Staff were really lovely and helpful and the breakfast was amazing! The meals at the restaurant are simple but tasted great.
There is no pool, however the southbank pools are just across the river.
All in all a good place to stay for a short trip to Brisbane."
