"The staff are all friendly and very helpful. The property is clean and with a big lobby with plenty of tables to hang around and meditate. The only downside is the room AC when the heat was getting too much, the AC wasn't enough."

The staff is exceptionally kind and friendly. The breakfast was fairly standard without cooked to order options. We had a visually anttractive attic room suite that was not ideally suited to older travelers. A lot of the floor space in the bed and bathrooms was unusable because of the steep pitch of the roof. "This hotel was perfect for me and my friends. We enjoyed the swimming pool and spa service and the staff were lovely and helpful. Breakfast was good with a variety to choose from. Our rooms were perfect we had balconies and great views of Mostar. Stari most old bridge and old town were just 5 minutes walking distance. Such an ideal Location for a hotel. Thank you"

"Nothing boutique about this place. Room was tiny and you hear toilets, showers and flush water noise every time people on floor above are using toilets all night long. Staff were incredibly rude. Would not recommend to anyone."
