"The hotel was very close to the train station, making it easy for day trips and ongoing travel. It was also only a pleasant and easy 20–25-minute walk to the old town for sightseeing the historic city. I was able to bypass lines by checking in at a kiosk, which made it very quick and easy. The breakfast was great and I really appreciated having scrambled eggs after 2 weeks in Turkey. The staff at the front desk was amazing. It was cold and raining and I had a 3-hour delay in train travel after I checked out. The staff welcomed me back to sit in the warm, comfortable lobby until it was closer to my departure time. I had an opportunity to watch them interact with their guests and was very impressed with the customer service orientation of all the staff. All had such a positive attitude and willingness to help!"
