"We had issue with our original property. However, it was esybto communicate with the staff and they promptly moved us to a different property which is even much more better than the previous. Staff were courteous and responded to our needs promptly. Its been less than a few days we moved out. Hence, i am awaiting a refund of the deposit paid. "I booked last minute for a cycle event in the area, the directions were easy to follow, if you screenshot them as advised, phone signal is poor to non existent (bliss) The Meadow View Hut is clean cozy and well appointed, the fire burns very warm so one of the provided logs at a time. If you can’t be bothered with the hassle of the fire, the heating is plenty on its own. Falstone is a great staging post for Kielder Forest, and there’s plenty of adventurous things to do near by, endless walks...

"First and foremost, do not book this place. We arrived at the property around 5pm because we had been at the museum all afternoon. Before getting there, we had picked up ready meals for dinner. We discovered 5 minutes after arrival that the property had no power. It was clear that the power had been shut off by power company or similar as no issues with the fuse box. We were in a what's app chat with property management and let them know and they stated that they couldn't get it fixed so...

"Property needed a deep clean. I sneezed a lot and had black dust come out of my nose. Heating didn’t work sometimes and the room was quite cold.
