"The hotel was lovely overall. The people at the front desk were amazing. I was disappointed with the pillows though. They are hard and bulky! I’m used to a down pillow . I had to lay my head in my bathrobe instead leading to a not so good nights sleep. We are driving from Colorado to Wisconsin..so a good night sleep would have been extremely nice. Also, site says robes and slippers..there were not slippers. Not a big deal but thought I would mention. Overall, the hotel is very nice, quiet and quaint. "
"My family of 6 loved the Annabell Gardens. Getting to the place, I wasn’t entirely sure it was a very nice area. But once we pulled into the parking lot, we were in awe of how cute the little complex was with all the grass, trees, and walkways, plus the outdoor pool/hot tub. We were lucky that it was a warm day and got to use the pool. It was nicely heated and we all had fun! Hot tub is a little small, but we mostly had the place to ourself, so it fit us. The breakfast was nice. My kids thought the best part was the unlimited soft serve ice cream and slushie machines! Very nice touch that made us feel welcome. We stayed in the “luxury penthouse” with two bedrooms and it was so perfect for our family of 6. Felt comfy and clean. I slept great! Thankful we found this place for our last stay on our way home from a road trip out west. The price was also great for the huge place we got! Very happy, thank you. Check in and put was a breeze and staff was very friendly. "
"The hotel and staff itself are good. I do have an issue that you purchase a Parking Garage pass for $25 night, and then can't find parking in it, and have to go park elsewhere. The parking garage should be monitored more closely to allow the # of hotel guests that purchase the spots, to actually be guaranteed a spot! Totally ridiculous to have to drive around the whole place...just to exit and go elsewhere. OR...don't charge for parking to hotel guests...since parking is really not guaranteed! "
