"Excellent stay in Ikebukuro. Hotel well placed from JR Station. Room was really nice. It was clean, had a great view from the 21st floor and was well maintained with daily housekeeping. Staff was very helpful. I didn't have a lot of questions, but when I did they were very attentive. I would define stay here again."

"An unforgateble expirience and the best value for money hotel ever!
The location was great with heaps of restaurants and supermarkets at the hotel’s doorstep and 2 different train lines within walking distance. It was so convinient to get around!
Good amenities and clean and comfy mattress and pillow! I have to say our room was facing the main street so it was a bit noisy at nights but the hotel offered earplugs.
The staff were fantasticly accommodating and super helpful. They were so...

"Very cozy, clean, and comfortable. Extremely close to multi train station gates. They have a washing machine you can use for free along with detergent but they do not have a dryer. Extremely easy check in and check out. Temperature can be controlled by room not by floor."

"It was fairly convenient to the train stations, about a 10-15 minute walk. Wish it was a bit closer, but not too bad. I scheduled the luggage transportation with the help of a staff member and was told it was confirmed to find out the night before that it wasn’t. There was some stress involved, but Mimaru accepted their mistake and sorted it out for us."

"朝食がとても良かった。
連泊したいくらいです。
フリードリンクサービスもありがたい。
駅からも近く一階にドラッグストアがあるのも便利。
是非また利用したいです。
強いて言うならソファーの背もたれが低かったのが残念。
頭の高さまであれば寄りかかって休めるのに。"

"I have stayed in many modest places in Ikebukuro and this is by far our favorite. Roomier than most, and nice attention to the space. The owners are also so kind and communicative. They also let us store our bagged after checkout. It honestly was wonderful with convenience stores close and a 24 hour coun laundry next door. The only thing lacking was a microwave."
