"Under construction- the whole place. Entrances, hallways, common areas. Nearly tripped over communication cable in the hallway. Walked through filth to the elevators. Most of the sidewalks are missing panels and aren't fully accessible. We were in a finished room and it was actually nice. However, i work construction. I know from experience that phasing matters. Trying to do everything at once is irresponsible and unprofessional. Its a hotel- guest access, safety, and comfort should be at the forefront."

"I checked in, they gave me a key for a room that was occupied. Embarrassing. then I got moved up to 3rd floor. Next morning the elevator is out and I have to lug my bags, purse, coffee thermos and sack of snacks down the stairs. I am alone and 74 years old. Not a great experience. "

"Staff was nice, unfortunately property condition was not the best. Between the mold in our shower, having to pay every night for parking, every time you turned around you were being charged for something. The pool at this property had paint chipping off in the water in the walls. Had paint literally peeling off of them."

"We really enjoyed our stay! The staff was super nice and very helpful! This hotel is one of the BEST I have stayed at: super nice rooms, bed comfy and the area is nice too! My only complaint is waking up and smelling marijuana, coming from above or down the hall. "
