"Great location- clean- great staff. Breakfast was a NIGHTMARE. Empty bowls of food - food dropped everywhere- long lines for the toaster- only 1 boiled egg- no fresh fruit or yogurt. No seats dirty tables. For such a great hotel- the breakfast was a huge disappointment."

"Was very near to harbour and other amenities . The room was very clean and had everything you could require for a good stay . Ate here on one evening and the food was good and a 15 dollar discount per person, made it even better value . Was not the best location for public transport as seemed to require a mix of busses and subway to get anywhere ( or a reasonable walk - ok if no mobility issues). Would stay here again but felt the price point was quite high compared to others we stayed in whilst...

"I was given warning and was told that if my dog barks then they would ask me to leave even if it is middle of the night. I left the hotel at 10 pm and the hotel charged me pet fees and refunded the room charges ! I have to fight back to get my pet charges !!"

"The hotel was absolutely wonderful: it was very clean, the rooms were spacious, well-designed and comfortable, the view with beautiful yachts in the harbor was splendid, the breakfast had an impressive amount of options and was very well organized, and the staff were always helpful! We loved absolutely everything about this hotel! We truly enjoyed the people working there and the stylish ambiance!"

"Overall great stay. Only comment would be on getting to the hotel. If you enter the address in your gps or navigation system it brings you at the wrong entrance which isn’t part of the hotel…it took us 20min to figure how to get to the other side. Front desk told us we had to enter the rental car center address to get to the right entrance. Please provide guests directions before their stay. It would save time and energy."

"Our stay at the Omni Boston at the Seaport was really wonderful. All of the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The food at all of the restaurants was great. The cocktails were perfect. The place itself had everything you could have needed to enjoy your stay. The one issue we had was with housekeeping. There was a day when nobody came to clean our room and it took three outreaches to staff to get it addressed. The housekeepers we had did not replace items from the room that were used...

"I enjoyed my stay I just feel like they should put in new carpets in the room. The pool looks dirty but is not, one of the supervisors tested it in front of me, but my guest & I got scraped a lot by the pool inside. I noticed there was a lot of guest this 4th of July weekend. I enjoyed the restaurant inside the Hotel. The air conditioning is was perfect. The breakfast included was cool there was no bacon included."

"We had a very nice stay. The location was convenient and walkable to pretty much everything we wanted to see. "Great place to stay in a really nice area. The room was a bit small with a somewhat awkward bathroom (only separation from the sleeping area was a curtain), but that's to be expected with Yotel. This was a great Yotel though. The staff was super nice and helpful, and even allowed us to check in quite a bit early. The area around this hotel is a bit upscale, with some great restaurants. I would definitely consider staying here again in the future."

"I had to check in early to get to a party. I was charged early check fee of $50.00in at approx 10.30am although the room was ready and there was certainly not a rush of guests. I have never been charged for early check-in if the room was already done. There was no time to argue as I needed to change my clothes to get to a party. I was very disappointed..
Also, the room did not even have a couple of bottled water as a courtesy the two bottles of water that was there had a price tag of two...
