"The Mountain House is unique. It is truly an old house that has been modified to include rooms and a restaurant. There are about 8-10 rooms in the Main House where we stayed. There is a separate building called the Bunkhouse out back.
The room was clean but very small and tight. More so that I thought was possible but we got used to it. The air conditioner and TV worked well but the window shades were hard to operate. Our room had a queen-sized bed and it was nice.

"We had a very comfortable stay at Franklin Terrace bed and breakfast! Paul is the sweetest person and he takes best care of his customers. It is centrally located and easy walk to Main Street. It’s nice to know that it’s recognized as national historic place. The structure is originally erected in 1887!! However, having said that things seemed just a little "OFF'.
There are no closets, just pegs to hang your clothes, the web says that they serve free breakfast but they do not, you have to dress and leave the property for breakfast as the restaurant on sight does not serve it.
There is no easy chair in the room just a straight back desk chair. There is no office area to print air tickets or boarding passes and the first person behind the counter said that they couldn't do...

"We did not bring our dog but this a true doggie hotel. Rooms were furnished with a large dog bed and bowls. Dogs were well behaved and everywhere. A rooms have a balcony and the inn has underground parking. The Inn had a nice courtyard and a variety of bottles of wine were available for a reasonable price. The Inn is on the main street of town and very accessible to shops and restaurants."
