"Cleanliness was a relative concept—it certainly could have been better. Upon entering one of the rooms on the third floor, we found dirty, foul-smelling socks on the floor, left behind by the previous guest; it is strange that the cleaning staff failed to notice them. In other rooms on the second floor, a significant amount of hair was present in both the bathtub and the sink. Furthermore, in Room 108, the door lock was broken, making it impossible to open the door from the outside. Consequently, every time we wanted to enter the room, a receptionist had to come and unlock the door with a master key. She was very polite but refused to move us to a different room. There was excessive noise in the vicinity of the hotel pool—someone was partying loudly until midnight—yet no one from the front desk intervened. Our guest, staying in Room 124, was unable to either rest or fall asleep. In such instances, hotels should offer refunds—even if only partial—rather than limiting themselves to apologies and assurances that things will be better "next time." The possibility that things might be better next time is of absolutely no interest to us, as we will not be staying there again. Besides, no one would have believed it anyway."

"Breakfast was good - a nice variety and everything was good on temp. Only issue was logging onto the internet. Was very difficult and ended up having the desk person log in for me. I asked her if she could show me how to log on so my wife could access the internet on her phone. The desk person said it was too difficult to show and that my wife should bring her phone to the desk to do. Seems the system needs an upgrade!"

"The carpet smells, sticky. You have to go to hotel desk for towes. Room were't clean on my second day, i was told it is every other day for room cleaning but on my third day all they did is replaced towels and empty trash bed sheet were not replace"
