"Serenade is a beautiful property with a great atmosphere, but there are a few areas that need improvement. The shower windows and some fixtures (sink handles, lamp buttons, hot tub) showed rust and needed better upkeep. I booked a hot tub room, but the water didn’t get hot, the jets didn’t work, and there was black residue coming through. I also saw a live roach on my table at the buffet. Staff did move my room after I reported it, which I appreciated. Breakfast options were limited with no other places to eat in the mornings. Overall, the resort is gorgeous but needs better maintenance and cleanliness"
