"Mooi grote kamer geboekt met veel ruimte en grote badkamer. Diner opties in het restaurant zijn prima (typische Duitse Brauerei). "Die von uns gebuchte Reise konnte aufgrund eines noch immer anhaltenden Krankenhausaufenthaltes nicht angetreten werden. Das Hotel verweigerte eine Gutscheinausgabe bzw. die Stornierung. Auch Expedia wurde gnadenlos abgewiesen. Eine derartige Kundendienstpolitik stellt für uns eine Unverfrorenheit dar. "
