"We arrived with a Tower room booking, they downgraded us without any refund to a disaster of a room…way too old and unbearably hot! Not to mention we had to take the suitcases and baggage up and down the stairs before we reached the elevator!!!
Another thing that was not great was that they have you self check-in like a motel, to me that’s not a luxury service or a four star hotel.
Out of the 6 hotels we stayed at as we travelled town to town, they were the only ones that said the room is...

"I booked this hotel because it was near the airport. My cruise ended in Rotterdam and my flight didn't leave until 5pm so I needed a place to stay for the day. It was perfect - a great place tp spend a few hours. The reception desk manager was outstanding and made my stay very enjoyable. It was the weekend so the shuttle to the airport didn't go but it was only a 10 minute walk to the departure terminal."

"I have first used A&O in Edinburgh when they first opened the hostel few years ago. I was very impressed how nice and clean the facilities were. We just stayed me and my sister in A&O in Rotterdam. The standards are still the same. The breakfast is good standard continental breakfast. 10-15 minutes walk from the central station. Thank you staff. Very helpful and they looked after our baggage’s from 10 am until after 5 pm"
