"The staff was kind and courteous. The lobby area and hallways were quite nice. The restaurant for dinner is only open for a few hours at night. As well the menu is small. The chicken Caesar salad is not available, the waitress informed the table next us that they had no chicken. The chefs salad has no meat in it. It’s basically a garden salad. We tried to order 10 minutes after the table beside us and were told the kitchen was closed, at 8:30 pm. Thankfully there was a restaurant down the street...

"We arrived very late, or early in the morning. Kenny, hopefully that was his name, really went out of his way to help us out finding a more convenient room. He had such a great energy and a great smile. Also, he spook Dutch, not all the staff spook the language. We came back after our second trip and helped us out again, thank goodness he was there! Thank you Kenny"

"Bed was walled on 3 sides so quite awkward for the person sleeping on the inside of the bed and shelving / storage is very minimal but rooms are clean, safe and quiet. Staff are polite and professional."

"L'Hôtel Radisson Blu Amsterdam Airport Schiphol est très bien situé prêt de l'aéroport. L'accueil a été très bon et très professionnel de la part du personnel. "If you miss the free shuttle it’s €23 for a taxi. The check in is quick and no fuss. The room was tiny but ok for the short time we were there. The shuttle bus back to airport was very good."

"Convenient location to Schipol. Bedding had foundation on it which made me question if it had been changed prior to our stay. We had dinner in the Bistro and two employees were noticeably and somewhat loudly arguing with each other, which was unfortunate. Breakfast was fine."

The entry into the hotel is where the smokers sit and while a nice seating area, beware of all the smokers leading in to the hotel and as much as they try to keep up with all the cigarette butts and provide large containers, guests...

"Wonderful staff. The spa was very nice and relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. The bar Moqum had yummy food and they offer 24 hr pizza. Definitely would stay here again."
