"There was a loud clanking sound the entire stay from somewhere outside the room. Very occasional but at least once or twice per minute. If I hadn’t had ear plugs it would have kept me from sleeping. Walking distance to Keukenhof gardens!"

"Room on top floor comfortable, warm, elegant design, great shower, couldn't be better. Downside - no lift. Walked to Keukenhof Gdns. Easy flat walk didn't take long, about 10-15mins. Reception staff lovely 🌹 Bikes to hire by hotel entrance, good choice of eating places nearby."

"Well. The shuttle never showed up at the airport to take us to the hotel. The air conditioner in the room never got the room remotely cold. The shower floor drain immediately flooded within 30 seconds of the shower being on. And proceeded to flood the bathroom and out towards the closet. So one of us couldn't shower. The comforter had someone else's dried blood in it when we checked in. Definitely won't be staying here again. The restaurant did have surprisingly good food."
