"Haslem Hotel was very helpful leading up to my trip - responsive to calls and emails. The night of check in, they were there when I arrived late (around 10p) and we're extremely kind. The apartment i rented was EXTREMELY spacious. The downside for me was the cleanliness was not the level I expected from reviews. The bathroom had lost of lime buildup and mildew on the shower, there was a bloodstain on my pillow and dried up ... hot chocolate? I hope? on the rug by the bed, and when I noticed a...

"Hotel staff were lovely and helpful, we had a lovely meal in the river room which was turkey and ham so delicious. Breakfast was great and plenty of choice. Our room was excellent a standard twin with two big double beds, the room was super clean. The fridge was great to keep drinks cool. The staff work so hard and are a credit to the hotel. Really enjoyed our stay. The reception was a lovely smell when you arrive. The only thing which was disappointing was the horrendous smell in the ladies...

"The Hot breakfast is offered to late to accommodate guest that start to travel early, 8 am. There was a continental breakfast offered at 7:30 am"

"Well communicated contactless check in, beautiful property and rooms, cute little town, and the breakfast was good! Coffee was great, Charlie makes a great flat white! Parking can be a little bit of a nuisance, and like many historical properties no elevator so if you need help with your luggage plan ahead as the property is not always staffed. Lovely. Also Forrest Park is not to far down the road if you would like a lovely walk around the lake. the Parson's Nose is quite good as a dinner option...

"Lovely hotel, room in general was great, only issue was temperature. Really hot and no way off cooling on radiator or any control panel."

"This place was lovely. Very impressed."

"It was very cozy and fit all of our needs perfectly"

"Spacious ,clean .Relaxed style of accomodation and location. No fancy or long check in and check out procedures .Simplicity at its best with the style to match"

"Loved the proximity to the Titanic Museum. The hotel was like a museum itself! Lovely stay, and the concierge team was so helpful!"

"Stayed for one night and could not fault it. In particular, the staff were attentive and extremely pleasant. We had dinner in the restaurant and the food was lovely with great service and it was reasonably priced. The hotel is city centre so a very good location but you will get a view of the street. Our room was a good size and very clean and overall hotel was clean and very nice."

"Lovely modern apartment with all mod cons, great private parking and proximity to city centre."

"Clean well appointed room. Staff were very helpful. No food available in the evening hours unfortunately, not even a sandwich, so be warned"
