"Been staying here for years and it’s a lovely hotel - friendly staff in a good location for getting around london"

"Good location from downtown London. The room was clean and comfortable and the service was great. Biggest issues is that there was no air conditioning or ceiling fans, and the third floor was unbearable hot. A small fan was provided was not helpful. The room also faced the main street which was very noisy, so keeping the window open was not ideal. Would only recommend staying here during the colder months."

With no clarification or support, I was left in a difficult situation and ultimately had to find alternative accommodation at short notice.
