"The room (502) we had was backed up against the elevator and you can hear it all day. Lastly, they only had two elevator and one was broken the whole time. "

"The room and hallway smelled. There were multiple big roaches all over the room. Airbdidnt work, tv didn’t work, internet didn’t work. No hand soap,shampoo,or body wash. I stood outside the whole night never even slept in the room. Absolute waste of money for a roach hotel. Go anywhere else but here."

"The 8years olds from the hockey team that screamed and took over the whole lobby over the weekend was stressful and obnoxious. Not the staffs fault but no one said anything to these parent or kids. They were loud, played hockey in all the hallways, took over the business computer and parents didn't do anything either. "
