"My son and I were traveling and wanted two beds. In NYC that is difficult to find in a boutique hotel for a reasonable rate, but we found cute bunk bed options at Arlo online. The pictures were way better than the actual room. We didn't ever see the sun, we were facing other buildings with zero view. "Cozy little hotel in Manhattan. Traveled with my husband to NYC and stayed in Little Charlie. This hotel gives you the impression that you’re staying in a cute European hotel. The room was cozy, very well kept, clean and with all the amenities. They served daily breakfast with delicious pastries and coffee. The room and the hotel was impeccably clean, look immaculate and smelled amazing. We had the most amazing time and definitely coming back!"

"If you are excited to visit the Big Apple and just have a place to crash Yotel will be one. Expensive, but that's it a place to crash. The front desk people only know to give you the Keys other things they will go away and make a call, and if you request the manager to show up, he will a sneaky and tip toe fleet the site. "We got the bunk bed room and loved it! The room is very small but the space is so well organized that it felt like plenty of room. The location is so ideal for Times Square and the theater district. We were able to walk to all of the shows we saw. Staff were super friendly and helpful. We Would totally stay there again!"

"There were several problems with my room (unfunctioning lamps, no glass/cup in the bathroom, inadequate outlets for charging, but especially VERY lumpy pillows). But the staff was very responsive to fixing (most of) them. These problems shouldn't have existed, but because of the excellent staff, I'm reluctant to rate the hotel lower.
